I love trucks, especially when they are filled with waffles, falafel, panini, and cheese pizza! I have been hoping to catch up with the Quick Stop Kosher truck for some time. I finally tracked it down the other day at 34th Street and 9th Avenue in Manhattan. It is exactly what it says; a big truck full of kosher (parve and cholov yisroel) food. The truck seems to be known for its Belgian waffles and falafel, but I wanted something with cheese on it. I got a cheese pizza and plan to try the three-cheese panini next time around with feta, muenster, and mozzarella, all cholov yisroel.
The truck parks in various locations around the city. Once you know where it will be, it is hard to miss with all the kosher markings.
