I attended Kosherfest 2015 last week and returned with much literature, great first-hand knowledge, and a ton of cheese! I am slowly but surely getting through the cheeses, tasting them, and writing notes. There were cheeses from the U.S., France, Italy, Israel, and Argentina, to name a few.
